Students show little interest in STEM, yet FCPS wants parents to push their kids to apply. On the other had for sports tryout, there is phenomenal turnout driven purely by student interest and parents enthusiastically support it. [/quote] It doesn't have to be a feeder to see a lot of interest a lot of the center schools that don't send a lot of kids continue to have good interest but these kids sort of get the short end of this worst of both worlds admissions process.[/quote]
