She did get called on once in the 1.5 hours I was in the room.  There were about 5 children that the teacher repeatedly called on though.  I'm wondering how each child gets what they need in a class of 24 children with no para-educator.  I'm not attempting to start a fight here.  Nor am I getting ready to go in and speak with the teacher.  Like I said, this is our first experience with public school and I am just trying to get a handle on what to expect from the school, teacher and my DD.[/quote]
