In the winter I like to wear J crew tissue-thin turtlenecks that are full coverage but showcase my slim figure. I love wearing patterned tights when it's cold, paired with all kinds of mini or midi skirts, or short shorts (I have a pair of tweed shorts I love). I have a fun leather cutout steampunk skirt.

You don't seem to appreciate how much being slim opens up the doors to fashion. If you don't like your waist, you can wear things that showcase your legs.
