I have a junior at Blake who has been having a great experience. If your kid is into music or arts, Blake has a very good program and community. We've been happy with teachers and staff, and the AP classes have allowed for a good level of challenge. Friends at Springbrook in the IB program have also been happy (although I hear the junior year IB courseload has been a challenging adjustment!) Don't know as many kids at Paint Branch. You might look at the specific programs available at each school to see if there's an opportunity there that would appeal to your son.
Paint Branch is a really good school too. My son enrolled in the NJROTC program at PB and earned some scholarships during his senior year. NJROTC can be challenging once in a while, but it made for the experience for my own kid. Worth it if your kid wants to do it!
