Good Luck [/quote] The places that take insurance are the children's hospitals: Children's National, Kennedy Krieger, etc. But I don't think any of them have experience with dyslexia testing because it's so unusual for insurance to cover academic testing. What does she want the diagnosis for? A diagnosis of ADHD is enough to register with disability services and talk to them about accommodations, which could include accommodations for difficulty/slow reading (audiobooks, etc.) If she wants to do reading tutoring she can, even without an official diagnosis.[/quote]
