They did a previous one in Kensington with Community Crossways and it was a huge flop. The organization was known to have lots of issues. It lasted maybe two years at most. They fought it because they don't want to have the MCPS funding diverted, but at this point Charters make sense with the overcrowding and other issues. [/quote]
