Yes, they can go alone. I only had two tickets to the first round of the Taylor Swift Eras tour and my girls were 13 and 16 at the time. I dropped them off in the parking lot outside of Citizens Bank Park in Philly and was able to reconnect with them at midnight. There was a sea of people leaving the venue so it wasn't like they were walking alone in the middle of the night. Just make 1000% sure that their phones are charged and "Find-my-phone is on." It would be a disaster to try and pick-up a kid after a concert without a phone.
I'm sending two thirteen-year-olds to Sabrina Carpenter. The crowds will be Taylor Swift-like, so I'm not worried about that part. I plan to walk them to a door and arrange to meet them at that same spot after the concert. Phone charging is key though.
Yes, this should work for Sabrina Carpenter. At a large stadium concert the parking was sold out for miles and many roads were blocked by the police. It would have been next to impossible to be meet the kids on foot and super imperative to be able to tell them were to find me (which was basically a "kiss and ride" area for pick-ups).
