Sure, many people get good outcomes and many do not. A charter can be sought even from a good inbounds address, OP clearly puts a priority on the school so is looking for a sure thing, to the extent something like that exists.[/quote] Yes, it is true that the five or six good NW DCPS schools are a sure thing as are the high real estate prices in the surrounding areas.[/quote]
