No one wants to hear a "here is what I have noticed over time about this deficiency in your character/personality/habits that are not immoral or life threatening" lecture. Just address issues as they come up. If you want help dealing with something just ask. But a you need to realize you need to change who you are because I said so is not going to work.[/quote]
