Everything today involving dogs has become more expensive and ridiculous.  From dog boutiques with uber expensive toys to dog food that rivals the costs of high end human food, everything is premium etc.  I guess there are tons of dog owners with lots of disposable income...[/quote]

My vet told me that my dod needs a dental cleaning, and it will cost about 2k. I should expect this to be necessary every 4-5 years. My dog is 4. I agree the dog should have a dental cleaning but 2k?

There are people who do sedation free cleanings for about $300 if your dog can tolerate it.[/quote]
