If it was unproven and not part of a kid's grade, why spend so much time away from instructional time to test for these "don't worry about them" tests?[/quote] Because the state wants to bully school districts into taking MCAP seriously, just like when they bullied school districts to take PARCC seriously by making it a graduation requirement after years when no one took it seriously.
