I buy bobs when it’s the cheapest. I also have had good luck with Anthony’s, it’s just, namaste and arrowhead mills. The white blend I’ve settled on is primarily tapioca and millet with sorghum and xantham gum, (baked to perfection - Katarina cermelj) but will use white rice, potato starch, brown rice and teff on occasion.[/quote]
