I'm an introvert, and think it's extremely healthy to leave the house for at least a little bit, every day. To go outside, get exercise, get air, run an errand, interact with people even if it's just passing people on the sidewalk. And sure, I think many people are aholes, but it's still important to get out and see other humans. I have a long term houseguest who hasn't left the house for 3 days now, and it's insane to me. That's terribly unhealthy. Even when I've had covid/flu/strep/etc, I never went 24+ hours without even going outside for a little bit. I'm not sure I spend more than 3 days in an entire year without never leaving the house to at least go for a walk.
Are you God? You know what is best for everyone?
What is "best" or healthy about not leaving the house for days at a time, if you're not sick or immobile?
Maybe what’s best for that person is some quiet time alone at home. You do know that people prefer different things right? You seem like you’re trying to find a reason to judge your houseguest. Nothing healthy about that.
Look, I'm a solid introvert. I get that. I need plenty of recharge time. But ALL DAY for DAYS at a time is abnormal. Doesn't mean you have to have conversations every time you go out, but it's absolutely unhealthy to not get a little vitamin D, move your joints, muscles, and get your bloodflow pumping for a 30 minute walk.
I disagree. Ahh how refreshing, see how easy it is to have one's own opinion on personal behavior, even if someone that disagrees with you uses all caps?
