Find schools on this list in driving distance that offer BC calculus. Then try to find the contact for the AP coordinator at that school and ask about registering for the BC exam as an external candidate.

If you can't, you should still continue to self study calculus ( check out this course to start with: https://www.3blue1brown.com/topics/calculus ) and take the calculus CLEP exam to take calc 2 at a community college spring semester as a [url=https://www.vccs.edu/application-information/#requirements]non-degree seeking / non-curriculum student[/url]. You can do this even if your school won't accept it for credit and makes you take algebra 1 or whatever, so long as you register for the community before the deadline.
