Agree with this. The film isn't getting good reviews and isn't getting the wide theater distribution they were angling for. I also think he and George haven't been good friends for a long time. They are colleagues who check in once in a while as needed, not close. George is "winning" in terms of accomplished wife, loving family, political clout etc and is probably quite smug about it. I thought he was pretty insensitive toward Brad in that joint interview they did. So yeah, my hunch is that Brad was going through the motions but didn't want to be there. Whether or not their arrangement lasts much longer, he does not seem infatuated with Ines. We've seem him infatuated and that is not it.[/quote]

That's what I was thinking. The movie was a disappointment before it even premiered because of apple. I think similarly of George's relationship with Brad too. He's always been that type of person that leaves you feeling bad about yourself after a conversation. He and Amal will thrive in that political world lol.

I think you're right and hes just going through the motions. I will say it's better to be alone then around someone you don't click with. He's not infatuated with her and to be honest they hardly look like friends. I remember his friendship with Alia Shawkat and they were quite affectionate.
