Thoughts?  Before pulling the trigger on this, I am trying to figure out what considerations I have not thought of.  Also, I am trying to figure out if I should wait for this to move past curiosity to more of a burning desire for the info?  And if we do this, should we do something like 23andme and get health info, or is that a bridge too far at this point?

Any advice or even BTDT welcome.  Everything I search online is all about finding DNA relatives for adoptees.
