Meniscus can pop, crunch, or snap. Luckily it's an easy fix with a key hold surgery and a week recovery (at worse) and steroid shot and exercise (at best). Easy Pease lemon squeeze. Go to the doc; you need the rec to get into physio either way.[/quote]
