In the future consider getting his license plate number if at all possible and reporting him to Fairfax Co police's online reporting system. The driver can't be ticketed, but he will get something in the mail.  It would be at least something in the case of a teenage driver - perhaps it would go to his parent. I really wish other counties in the area had something similar.[/quote]
