Change is hard. I personally wouldn’t advocate 1500/day, but certainly less than 2000. OP absolutely has excess fat to pull from and can gut out changing her diet around and continuing exercise. She isn’t metabolically bonking during those workouts. Just stay hydrated and it all get better over time. [/quote]
