For some reason I had already suspected that the KSAC was closed for the foreseeable future.  It is an expensive facility, but I also am starting to wonder about the RSFC facilities.  Construction was supposed to start right after the Rays season ended.  They closed the outdoor rec pool.  However, the last few times I had been there I didn't see any construction either.  They were still using the outdoor rec pool for lessons.[/quote]

Are you the bizzare Ray's poster?  City of Rockville pool that hosts the Ray's summer and RMSC year round are seperately run and you clearly have no idea what you are talking about?[/quote]
