Why the f--k would you need a contract to say you don't represent someone? If you really want to be protective, all you need is a two sentence waiver saying "I acknowledge I am not represented by the agent who is showing me this house. This agent works on behalf of the seller, not me". I'd have no problem signing that to tour a house.[/quote]
