If you are running a lot and not trying to lose weight, yes you need to adjust calories a [b]little[/b] but, as OP showed in apple watch values, not nearly as much as people want to think. The reality is that over time your body adjusts if you do the same amount of exercise all the time. The fact that people don't burn as many calories through exercise as they want to believe is also the reason why everyone who come on her complaining they can't lose weight despite doing X, Y and Z exercise and asking what exercise they should add and saying " I eat 'healthy'" without ever mentioning their actual diet are missing then entire point.
