However, depending on how naturally coordinated and athletically gifted (including physical traits that are genetically endowed), some kids will have more significant improvements than others. If you have a kid with slow twitch muscles, you’re not going to turn them into a superstar sprinter. If you have a kid who is uncoordinated, you could help them improve their coordination but they probably will never be a D1 recruit. Help your kid be their best but don’t assume that practice and sweat equity means anything is possible, and don’t tell them that either. It’s a lie.[/quote]
