We're in a similar situation but looking for an induction range. Thinking about the GE Cafe double oven because we usually need something to heat up quickly, could use the two temperature options, and it looks like the bigger oven size is similar (if not the same as) a lot of full size ovens. I'm willing to spend more but it doesn't look like there are many induction range double oven options.
FWIW, I had the highest end GE double wall ovens and I hated them. I never could get the bigger oven to heat evenly and accurately, the convection fan was weak and virtually worthless and, as far as I could tell the smaller “advantium” oven didn’t cook any faster than a decent convection oven. I had a Kitchen Aid double wall oven with a convection/microwave combo before that which I loved. Really like my Wolf range now (not induction), but if I was redoing a kitchen now, I’d keep my Wolf range and build in a shelf for a Breville convection/microwave combo. I use my Breville constantly, and only use the big Wolf oven for roasting turkeys, full sized sheet pans, etc.
