I love that I can get the kids on the bus, work and then be home to meet the PM bus. I can attend all during school activities and volunteer as needed. My benefits were cut to 50%, but I still get 50% paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation and can contribute to my 401(k). My schedule mirrors the school calendar so I'm off today, get a spring break, etc. I think I do work more hours since I return emails/calls as needed, but for the flexibility it is worth it.[/quote]
