Those whose kids are smart enough but did not get into AAP for some reason, is there any way to get AAP worksheets to work on at home? Is there any material on Schoology that is AAP type? Any other resource such as Scholastic activity books, some other worksheets, etc?
There are no worksheets. The curriculum is largely the same, but moves faster and often goes deeper. Plus more interesting things, like Socratic seminars and special projects. My advice is to ask for Level 3 pullouts for your kid. It will give them more interesting work and also provide you good examples to use when you reapply next year.
100% Agree . I have applied for past 3 years and trust me I have done lots of research for the samples and have provided projects , Math puzzles , worksheets but nothing worked . I applied for level III ans got in . My kid did well and my AART provided "The best " samples for my kid with loads of positive feedback . I strongly believe the words of AART would work better than ours.
