As I understand it, they run simulations based on the top two performers in each age group/stroke per team to determine Divisions. Any maybe other information? The problem with that approach is that teams with a few standouts but no depth can end up ranked higher than their dual-meet performance ends up being. I don't understand the purpose of scoring dual meets if they're not going to use that information, so I hope someone can tell me that they do actually use it![/quote]
