It’s awful. [/quote] I agree, that's awful. Our team gives one to every swimmer. Our swimmer coaches prepare the paper plate awards and have the roster to make sure they don't miss anyone. My oldest was a swimmer coach and the last week of swim he and the other coaches spent hours working on them. We have a team breakfast on Friday morning before Divisionals and that's when they are given out. Our high school team also gives them out. The senior swimmers gave them to the underclassmen and the juniors gave them to the seniors. My oldest was on the club swim team in college and they did paper plates as well.[/quote]
