I'm sorry it didn't work out, but I always appreciate a follow up to these things. I would try making your own concentrate, using a French press or a Toddy cold brew system. That way you can use a coffee bean that you actually like :). It keeps in the fridge for a while once it's brewed, or you can even freeze it in small containers. [/quote]
