OP, I'm the 10:08 poster who can't fit into her old Citizens jeans anymore.  I also like Joe's jeans.  But the Citizens jeans I have are the Dita Petite bootcut.  They are not too low cut.

I'm pretty sure mine are a 27, and are a bit tight (but I can still button them) so you may want to try a 28 or 29.  I really like these jeans a lot.[/quote]
