[/quote] You think an agent made lots of typos in a listing, overpriced it per comps, and included pictures where his finger is in the frame deliberately and then posted about it here? Seems unlikely. And if so, it certainly confirms that the agent doesn't have good judgment! I'm the OP and I live nearby. If they get the list price for it, my place is probably worth more than I think it is, so that's nice, but I'm not planning to sell or refinance anytime soon so it would only affect whether I contest my property tax assessment next year.
