I switched from Fitbit to a Forerunner. I got the 265S because my wrists are small. I am in love with this watch. The daily suggested workouts have made me a better runner. My heart rate is lower and I'm running faster, and I just got it in February. I've knocked 3 minutes off my 5k since then. There are videos about the DSW on Youtube. I still get text notifications.
