Many of these schools should have been renovated a long time ago.  It’s not realistic but honestly all of Ward 3 was renovated before some of the worst buildings in the district were touched.  Plus DCPS loves to push back renovations for unclear reasons.[/quote]

There are ward three schools getting renovated, additions before some of these other schools were renovated at all. Utilization rate was not the reason they did all of the HSs first.  That is just an easy excuse to get Ward 3 done years before other areas of the city.[/quote]
