This will spike your glucose and set you up for intense cravings. If you eat something with a lot of fiber before having something sweet, the glucose spike will not be as extreme. That should also help with cravings. Just make it a rule to have something savory and high fiber before any sweets. Also, ALWAYS start your day with something savory. [/quote]
