You can look at this as basically the last hurrah of an ideological but incompetent Planning department. The MNCPPC will be restructured in the next decade. There is already a commission looking at this who are supposed to make proposals. Eventually they fall under CE control and be somewhat accountable, but that’s not going to happen as long as Elrich is around. [/quote]
