For a rising 4th grader, you cannot go wrong anywhere. The " team" will be shifting a lot between now and 9th grade. Scores do not matter, it is about getting better and having fun and all of the local clubs can provide this. Look where the best high school players played and where the best coaches are. It is not NL, becoming M&D is not going to change anything.
Are you saying to avoid Next Level? Seems incongruous with the rest of your post. BLC blue seems like the best option but also extremely difficult to make that team. NL/M&D seems like the clear next best option at this age.
I have an older daughter so not familiar with these age groups, but as far as clubs go I would run from Next Level. They just disbanded their HS teams, pulled out of tournaments and left a ton of girls stranded with no place to play. I know that doesn't impact the age group you are asking about but it does speak volumes about the club's commitment (or lack of) to its families, especially heading into recruiting season. Lots of options at that age - you definitely don't want to burn out too early. Seen it happen many times :)
That’s really pathetic that they did that. If that’s true then if not BLC then better to make the drive to Stars/TSJ or Pride.
