Aggression is aggression, no matter the cognitive and emotional state of the perpetrator. It needs to be addressed appropriately. Also, because public school systems, including MCPS and DCPS, have often trotted out this term after acts of violence: "Restorative Justice" is not justice for the victims. [/quote]
