It is filled like other PTA roles largely by the current PTA board begging parents to please please please volunteer and then ‘voting’ in favor of any parent willing to volunteer. It is possible neither of your schools had this position filled. Many MCCPTA delegates actually do not do much other than attend the monthly meeting. They are supposed act of a bridge between MCCPTA and your local PTA but not all do this. [/quote]
