In my experience having a young and less experienced coach is not a terrible thing. Yes, they are learning too (and every great coach was once a newbie, even someone like Pep Guardiola) but in order to have experienced coaches developing in the pipeline, you have to give them a starting point. Young coaches have energy and enthusiasm and the players can relate to them, too.[/quote]
