I had heard he had "stood" on the child's feet, but not that he "stomped" on it. Wow.  If that is true, there is zero reason to have done that. I can understand grabbing a kid if they are hurting someone else or themselves, but per the doc, the kid was sat on the bench, and then he stomped on the kid's foot. Nothing about the kid trying to run away.

Yeah, that is not how you show a young child "don't be mean to other people's feet". Any adult of fairly normal intelligence (no requirement to be a teacher or principal) would know this is not how you demonstrate this to young kids. [/quote]
