Although I've had more positive experiences than negative, I have had negative experiences and it sucks when that happens. I am not excusing rudeness. But I think you will find it easier to deal with these orgs if you realize their incentives are not at all aligned with a business or even with "customer service" as you may think of it.[/quote]
