[/quote] You are not buring 400 calories by walking 3-4 mile. So…just don’t even bothering calculating that into anything. The watch estimates are grossly inaccurate. Keep up the movement for health though. Can you do more strenuous activity? That can be more helpful, even if for a shorter duration. [/quote]
