Do I just pay what we agreed upon when it's finally done, even if it's 'uneven' - I'm already seeing weeds in the areas cleared on Tuesday. Or do I push back when it comes time to pay? Owner said that he wanted to 'earn' my business to include general maintenance and mowing. I don't think I'd be able to deal with the lack of communication over a longer term, so I'm most focused on the close out transaction. [/quote]
