I pick it up because I live near there but I have a coworker who has it shipped (there's an extra cost for shipping). My insurance would have approved Wygovy because I am eligible but I chose to self pay for two reasons- the potential inability of finding it in stock/not having a steady supply and my insurance would require an in-person doctor visit every time I needed to up a dose. So I'd have to go to the doctor monthly for a few months until I reached maintenance. [/quote]
