I like it. I've been using the app for 4 months and getting weekly (or sometimes a few times a week) messages from my personal health coach. The food tracker is great for me because the focus is more on food quality, portion size, and just getting you to pay attention to your eating. There's not a bunch of fussy measuring food or tracking calories, which is way more sustainable for me. You are put in a 'Kickoff Group' at the start, and the idea is that there can be support and interaction, but hardly anyone participates in our group. Your personal info isn't shared with others in the group... just your coach can review your progress. The coach tries to throw out weekly questions to the group, but doesn't get much feedback. However, the coach has been helpful for me personally. They are a personal cheerleader, they help find ideas and tips for whatever weekly goal you set in the app for yourself, and check in with how things are going with you. The app also has weekly lessons you can read or listen to on different health topics. I think it's legit good info because it really follows good, solid science-based health info. It's not all diet and nutrition... there is stuff about stress-relief, getting support for your goals from people around you, other stuff like that. I give it a thumbs up and I'm going to stick with it.
