[/quote] They have it at 2pm to actually discourage parent participation. If its at 2pm and runs to 3pm, that's getting close to the pickup time for most elementary schools. It's a pretty perfect time to make sure you don't get working parents or SAH parents, because its freaking middle of the work day as well as the end of the SAH kid free window.[/quote]
