I don’t know if 1200 on PSAT-10 is OK. It seems good but maybe not by FCPS standards. My kid’s grades are all over the map (they even out around C depending on the day, sometimes lower) and I am not sure where to guide them. They are currently in therapy and the therapist says HS is not important. Grades do not matter. 1200 seems pretty good but the GPA. I’m ok if they don’t go to college but they need a viable alternative. Living at home rent free is not an option.
Yeah that is great score. TJ kids seem to be only scoring around 1250 on the PSAT-10, so you are in good company.
TJ is 1370
Not for 2023.
I though that is what the pdf showed---was 1370 the average in 2022? what is it in 2023? PS My kid got 1250 in 10th with all As and toughest courses-they do need to prep for PSAT11 and SAT though to get the score up--so I think your kid has the potential but if EF issues that needs to be worked on first.
Yeah that was for 2022. 2023 is around 1250, which is still really good.
