It's also a terrible reason to get a card as well since you didn't break up a play etc. They are acceptable when you're showing reasonable aggression out on the field, just don't ever get that red. Otherwise, you get your opponent to stop pushing by having your arms out ready to swat or elbow their push away. Or stiff arm them when they are off balance from pushing.[/quote]
