It is their job to oversee the school system. If they aren't conducting Anonymous surveys and making surprise visits, if they don't have an anonymous reporting system, if they have no methods to know what is going on in the schools how can they be trusted to make decisions in the best interest of the community? Not knowing what is happening is the first point of failure in a rotting system.[/quote]
