To gauge parent interest, STROGA will hold a workshop this coming Saturday.  4:30-5:00 will be for kids ages 4-7 and 4:45-5:45 will be for kids ages 8-10.  There will be parents meetings in between and after the second session to discuss what parents would like to see from the program.  If there is sufficient interest, STROGA would start a program 1-2 days per week focused on helping our kids get stronger, more flexible, and gain confidence.
